Your tracker counts.
Vyro finds what's working.
Keep the Google Health app for tracking. Open Vyro to see what's behind your numbers each morning, when to sleep tonight, and which habits actually move your sleep and heart.
Read-only access to your activity, sleep and heart data. You can revoke it any time in your Google Account.
A companion, not a replacement
Google Health shows the numbers. Vyro shows what's behind them.
Same data, read-only. Vyro adds the why, the plan and the long view.
Readiness 52 · Moderate
Why: resting HR is 7 bpm above your usual 64, the highest in 6 weeks, and HRV is 5 ms below your usual.
Sleep 7h · score 83
Go to bed by 23:25 tonight. You're 39 minutes short this week, so tonight's need is 7h 44m.
683 steps · 0 of 9 hours
On days you walk 8,500+ steps, you sleep 24 minutes longer. Found in your own data, no logging needed.
Glass of wine on Friday

What you get
Built on your own data
Your body today
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, breathing, skin temperature and blood oxygen, each placed on your own normal range from the last 60 nights.
Patterns found for you
Vyro checks your history for what moves your sleep and heart, and only shows what's clear at 99% confidence.
Bedtime that adapts
Tonight's sleep need grows with recent sleep debt and hard days, then works back from your usual wake time.
Weekly review
Each week in plain sentences, a PDF to print or share with a coach or doctor, and a CSV of all your data.
Months and years
This month against last, a year of monthly averages, personal bests and all-time streaks.
Journal and experiments
Tag your days and try a habit for 7–28 days. Results come with confidence intervals and say “no clear effect yet” until they're clear.
Every number explained
Tap any score to see the inputs, the method and how many days it's based on. No black boxes.
Your data stays yours
Health data is never stored on our servers. Your history, journal and scores live in your browser.
How it works

- 3
Keep both apps
Track in Google Health as usual. Open Vyro each morning to see what's behind the numbers, and what helps.
How Vyro uses your Google data
Full details are in the privacy policy.

- Steps, distance, floors, calories, Active Zone Minutes, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, skin temperature, blood oxygen, cardio fitness, weight and sleep. Read-only, after you allow it.
- Why
- Only to work out and show your own dashboard. Nobody else sees it, and it is never used for ads or sold.
